Yes, we are in contact with drivers (by prior agreement) who carry out their activities from/to Rome or from/to Fiumicino or Ciampino airports to our facility.

Yes, there are air conditioners in the apartments, use is subject to a fee.

Internet is present with a wireless network connection, the authentication codes will be provided in the structure.

Check-in will take place starting from 4.00 pm, while check-out must take place by 10.00 am. The aforementioned times may be modified by agreement and subject to availability.

Check_ins are not accepted after 10.00 pm

Yes, all occupant guests can use the swimming pool, deck chairs, sun loungers, umbrellas, bicycles, garden and all relaxation areas present. (Relatives, friends or acquaintances of customers cannot enter the facility) 

Yes, occupants can celebrate their event in the facility with the exception of entry to close relatives such as (father, mother or children) ONLY by prior agreement and subject to availability.
